Kumar Tuhin

Kautilya, the master strategist and thinker from India, in his famous treatise 'Arthshashtra' gave the Mandala theory, which inter alia mentioned that the ultimate goal of a king is the attainment of happiness and welfare of the kingdom. While the world has drastically changed since then, the fundamental principles of diplomacy have not. Only that the modern tools, technology and resources have made it much more interesting.
